**Introduction**

MS-Group consists of several high-quality stone masonry andsignage companies. Popin is Walesleading vehicle wrap and graphics company, located at 3-4 Tollgate Close,Cardiff.

**The Position**

The Production Assistant will assist with all aspects of digitalpint, lamination and graphics production creating perfect kits for the vehiclewrapping teams. This essential positionin the production team requires an energetic individual who has a keen eye fordetail and takes pride in working to the highest quality standards. The Production Assistant will help managehigh volumes of jobs through production working methodically to productionschedules and time-critical deadlines. This position reports directly to theProduction Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitors stock inventory & raises requisitions to the Purchaser for additional stock.
- Learn and develop production processes
- Provide information for resolving and/or referring non-conformances pertaining to production processes
- Maintains records on production supply inventories and job print records
- Maintains a clean and efficient workshop
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Desired requirements**
- A good aptitude forlearning computer packages
- Experience in AdobeIllustrator, Photoshop would be advantagous
- Effective planning &organising skills
- Ability to communicateeffectively, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of customerservice standards and procedures.
- Ability to analyse andsolve problems.
- Thework is physically strenuous and involves some heavy lifting with stooping,standing, and kneeling.
- There will be exposure to physical risk from lifting / handling materials.Manual handling training will be given.
- Afull health and safety induction and job specific training will be given.
