We invest in our partners in every way imaginable, from helping to finance their first practice to sourcing all the equipment and recruiting members of the team. We will hold their hand through the whole journey of acquiring their first practice and beyond to ensure what we agree on the business plan comes into fruition.
Partners in the Dental Beauty group are supported by a Shared Service Centre (SSC) providing a best-in-class business support function.
**Role Overview**:
We are excited to be opening a search for a Marketing Business Partner to join us working in the North/Midlands region; and is a crucial role within our marketing function. The main focus of the role is to drive sales by booking leads for our practices, whilst supporting the marketing effort by assisting with marketing promotions & communicating effectively with our practice teams.
**Role Responsibilities**:
The role is split equally between booking in appointments as part of our PEO team, and supporting marketing by managing liaison with practices, organising events and promotions.
- Marketing partner support:_
- Supporting the development and implementation of the groups marketing plan
- Setting up and championing the success of open events and promotions, including Invisalign open events
- Ensuring practices are well communicated with & informed re HO offers and promotions
- Understanding the practice requirements for local marketing & collateral, and ensuring they are well serviced
- Helping in feedback and monitor campaigns to refine and target future activity
- Bookings:_
- Contacting roughly 50+ patients a day to discuss treatment options, and booking these patients into practices with little room for error
- Contacting, nurturing, and converting patients to meet (or exceed) targets
- Writing notes on each patient to help build rapport
- Proactively looking for new ways to convert patients quickly and effectively
- Maximising the diary capacity across all brands for both brands
- Strategically contacting patients to improve conversion rates within 15 mins
- Following up with patients that have had in-practice consultations within PEO’s designated regions to ensure a minimum of 50% conversion rate
- Support training and development of the PEO team
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Experience in a marketing & lead driven role within the dental industry is preferrable, however not essential if you have experience in a similar sector
- You must be located in the North of England, and be able to travel regularly across the North West & Midlands
- You must be an ambitious & target driven individual, with excellent communication and influencing skills
- You must be a motivated and driven individual who likes to hit (and exceed) targets
- You must be an individual who enjoys helping the marketing and contact centre team succeed in meeting our partners and our business requirements
