Weekend Receptionist/showroom Host

We are looking for a customer focused Weekend Receptionist/Welcome Host at our Kia dealership just outside Reading town centre.

**_Duties will include: _**
- meeting, greeting and registering customers and visitors to the dealership, including offering refreshments
- Answering the phone and transferring to Sales, Service and Parts, or recording messages on the call log.
- post and courier management
- ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager

- You should be well presented
- You should be a team player
- You must have excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
- You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software packages
- Preferably have enough flexibility to cover holiday and sickness with other showroom hosts

**_Salary, Hours and Benefits: _**
- Salary: £9.75 per hour
- Hours: Saturdays (8.30am to 5pm with a 30 minute break) and Sundays (11am to 4pm), a total of 13 hours per week
- A pro-rata percentage of 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
