Principal Resourcing are actively looking to recruit an experienced individual to work in one of our partnership primary schools based in **Bradford, BD10**, as a LSA. This role will be a **permanent** position of **32.5 hours**, starting **ASAP**. The main purpose of the role is to complement, appreciate and support the role of teachers and offer extra support to the children in class to ensure they are developing effectively and understandthe work to ensure full potential is achieved. You will be working with some **special educational needs** so you will ideally have experience within this or have a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and have the willingness to learn in these positions.

**Salary: £13, 836- £14,112 per annum**

**You will have**:

- Practical experience of working with children in an educational setting
- Experience with SEN is desirable
- Working knowledge of the curriculum
- The ability to work one to one, in small groups and the whole class
- The ability to contribute effectively to teachers' planning and preparation of lessons

**Within the role you will be required to**:

- Assist in the management of pupils in the learning environment
- Assist in the planning of activities
- Administer routine tests, invigilate exams and routine marking of work
- Supervise SEN children at all times and help those with physical difficulties to move around
- Help children to achieve specific learning goals
