The Regulatory Affairs department plays a vital role in all government and regulatory schemes.

Your role will help deliver the administrative processes of Energy Company Obligation, Feed-in Tariff, Green Deal and Warm Home Discount, ensuring full delivery and compliance of the schemes.

Day to day you will liaise with multiple departments and customers through the Regulatory Affairs inbox, resolving queries, processing rebates and managing exceptions.

Your prior experience working with the Warm Home Discount will allow you to effectively assist customers, and other departments within Utilita on multiple queries relating to this government scheme.

Relaying accurate information is key, therefore you will have good written communication skills and have a great eye for detail.
