Location: Flexible, although travel to our central London office will be required at least once a fortnight

**About the role**:
The Academic Programmes Officer will work as part of the Academic Registry, to contribute to a first-class participant experience on the Frontline programme.

You will need to be flexible and adaptable in response to diverse requirements through the academic year. We aim to provide a responsive and supportive service to participants, including at peak periods (our busiest period is June-September).

**A little bit about you**:
We are looking for someone who is committed to the values of Frontline and can balance support for participants with an understanding of the importance of agreed regulations and procedures in maintaining academic standards. Experience of working within a higher education registry or student records environment is highly desirable.
