**Maintenance Planner and Administrator**

**Location**: Ashington

**Contract**: Permanent and Fixed Term Positions; Temporary positions to 31st March 2026.

**Hours**: 37 per week Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £26,142.00 per annum

**Closing Date: Tuesday 12th August 2025, 5pm**

**About the role**:

- Planning and scheduling trade resources
- Delivering high level business support and administrative activities
- Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues
- Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information

**About you**:
You’ll need:

- Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience of scheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records
- Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
- Well organised with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
