Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Client Experience Manager for a Domiciliary Care company in the Loughborough area. You will be responsible for 3 sites in the Leicestershire area.
This is a new role and its main focus will be to offer support and direction to senior management to pass on to the existing care tea. You will be reporting to the General Manager. This role is client focused.
**Duties
- Carry out service reviews of all clients care packages
- Look to grow existing care packages
- Review and monitor the spot checks/QA’s and other client care reviews
- Oversee the on-call rotation with the office team managing any escalations
- Monthly Quality Audit report
- Trend and Analysis
- Strategic and business planning and implementation
- Look at new growth opportunities
**Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service
- Proven experience in leading, training and managing a team to provide high quality domiciliary care services
- Have or be willing to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social car and Children and Young People’s Services or equivalent
- Strong skills in conducting care assessment and care planning
- Ability to inspire others and build fantastic working relationships
- Passionate about providing high quality or care
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good working knowledge od Microsoft Office
