This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly respected Commercial Liability Claims team based in our Manchester office.

Following ongoing growth & development within the team we are looking for motivated, enthusiastic & customer service driven individuals to join our team. A specific training programme will be provided, tailored to your level of experience handling liability claims.

Managing a caseload of Commercial Liability Claims, you will be responsible for the end to end handling of a range of claims, investigating liability, negotiating settlement and making decisions on which are allowed to litigate. You will proactively liaise with internal & external stakeholders on a consistent basis, building great working relationships with our customers, brokers & suppliers. As well as communicating effectively with claimant solicitors.

**Responsibilities**
As a Commercial Liability Claims handler, you will be responsible for the efficient & effective investigation and settlement, where appropriate, of third party liability claims made against our customers. You will build & grow relationships with our brokers, being their dedicated contact within the Commercial Liability Claims team.

You will work both individually, and as part of a team, to deliver high standards of customer service. This also includes looking at innovative ways to improve existing processes to benefit our customers & ourselves alike.
