**YOUR ROLE**

Our Software Support Specialists play a key role in our business, ensuring the several Software Applications used throughout iamproperty’s various subsidiaries continue to run efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

- **You’re a problem solver.** Diagnose and fix critical and non-critical software issues in a timely manner.
- **You’re proactive**. Identifying reoccurring technical faults and put in place corrective fixes to reduce disruption.
- **You’re all about the customer**. Involvement in critical software/system outages to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently for customers.
- **You’re a great communicator.** Liaising directly with both internal and external customers regarding outstanding technical issues.
- **You’ve got a strong attention to detail.** Write clean, fast, scalable code that adheres to code standards and practices set

GOT SKILLS?

**What are the top things you’ll bring to the role?**
- ASP.NET MVC, C# experience.
- Knowledge of SQL Server database
- Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS.
- Knowledge of Version Control Systems (GiT)
- An ability to think and act quickly, prioritise and resolve critical issues as they arise, with mínimal disruption.
- Knowledge and experience of cross browser testing and an awareness of W3C accessibility standards would be advantageous.
