**The Role**

Working as part of a small team, reporting to a Regional Managing Director, your role will be focused on identifying land with development potential, appraising sites, and ensuring a robust and efficient acquisition process. The key responsibilities areas follows:

- Identify potential sites for acquisition, this will be achieved through proactive approaches to landowners and liaising with local agents.
- Negotiation with vendors and institutions
- Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are updated and contribute effectively through site assessment and feasibility studies.

We are looking for an experienced Land Manager/Director with a demonstrable track record of acquiring land for residential developments. You will have previously worked for a developer directly or as an agent supplying sites. You will need to be proactive,tenacious, and diligent.
