Motus Commercials is an approved DAF Commercial Vehicle dealership located in Garretts Green and is on the lookout for a dedicated Commercial Vehicle Customer Service Advisor Apprentice to become a fully qualified Service Advisor. As our new Apprentice, you will join our friendly Team which will see you working 5 days a week 08.00am to 17.00pm in our approved Garretts Green dealership Service Reception.

Starting date for this role would be July/August

What Will You Be Doing?

Motus Commercials in Garretts Green is an approved DAF Dealership who are hiring a new **Commercial Vehicle Customer Service** **Apprentice **who can learn how to manage the service reception in an efficient manner ensuring customers vehicles are being maintained to the correct standards.

2. Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop ensuring full utilisation of time available.

3. Updating customer on their vehicle progress whilst in our workshop

4. Scheduling services required for customers.

5. Dealing with customer queries.

6. Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running

7. To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them

8. To undertake hands on training within the Service Department
