Iconic Resourcing HR are working with an organisation who are going on an exciting journey and building out their people function and as a result, they are now looking to add a People Partner to join the wider team and who will support and enable the business to make sound people decisions.

Reporting into the Head of People Operations, day to day you will be responsible for the following:

- Coaching, advising & educating People Leaders on the full spectrum of people related / employee relations matters.
- Interrogating people data to identify the key drivers of engagement and retention.
- Offer value-add and commercial astute advice to our People Leaders across a range of wider matters, driving improvements in their core people metrics, pay reviews, organisational design and restructuring, performance management or culture and engagement initiatives.
- Working with this wider People Team, you’ll support on the design and delivery of regular culture clinics which build people leader confidence and capability in our key people priorities and core people processes.
- Developing strong, collaborative, and effective working relationships with business leaders at all levels of the business, you’ll develop a good understanding of the support they require to deliver consistently on their people promises.
- Ensuring core values are always upheld, you will challenge behaviours that are inconsistent with this from front line to leadership, whilst role-modelling and bringing these to life for yourself.
- A proven track record working as an HR Business Partner, People Partner or experienced HR Manager in a high paced, operationally minded business and have a proven track record of juggling case work with people related projects.
- You will also be CIPD qualified with an interest in continuous professional development.
- A great team player: you want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way.
- Experienced in partnering and influencing business leaders, you will understand what great looks like
- You will also have an appreciation and understanding of other core People disciplines, including recruitment, learning and development, total reward & benefits, compensation, and organisational development.
- Comfortable operating in an environment where ready-made processes don’t always exist - you can navigate ambiguity and ensure you spot and respond to opportunities for improvement.
- Exceptional organisational skills, you’re planned and prepared, enabling you to juggle multiple and often conflicting priorities.
