**The Role**
As an LMS Application Specialist, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of the learning management system across Thera Trust and its subsidiary companies. In this role you will be working with the Group Learning and Development Manager to develop and maintain our chosen LMS System (Learning Pool). The role will also require you to provide learning and technical support to users and to create positive relationships and links between learning and Development and Operations. You will also be working with external eLearning providers to host/create unique learning opportunities.
This role would suit an already established LMS specialist looking for a more flexible opportunity.
**Your Experience**
What you will need to carry out the role.
Degree level qualification or equivalent in related field¿ graphic design preferred
Extensive experience of working in a similar role
Experience of using authoring tools such as adapt and/or articulate to create eLearning solutions
Experience of Administering LMS systems (ideally Moodle, Totara or Learning Pool LMS)
Experience of designing content for LMS systems
Experience of designing multimedia learning resources
Knowledge of data extraction and assessing needs
Experience of partnership working with external providers
To be able to travel nationally including overnight stays
Valid driving UK driving licence
