**Role Summary**:
Monday - Friday (09:00-17:00)
Negotiable salary dependent on experience
Hybrid work pattern. 2 days from home, 3 in office (Monday-Friday)
25 Days Holiday (Extra 1 for every year up to 30 days) + Bank Holidays

Ernest Grant Mortgages (EGM) are a mortgage and protection advice practice based in Knowle, Solihull. We offer clients a lasting relationship built on our three core values: Efficiency, Communication and Expertise. We focus heavily on service to clients from our very first interaction, through to completion.
The role
Due to expansion of the business, we are recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join us in our support team.
Your role as a mortgage administrator is absolutely key to the success and reputation of the business. This role could be fantastic for someone who has been advising and wants to step away from the advice side of the business, or those with a proven track record of supporting advisers.
You will get to work closely with in house advisers, estate agents, solicitors, and sales progressors to ensure that the client feels completely supported from all angles to make the right financial decisions and ultimately get the keys to their home in the shortest time possible.

**Responsibilities**:
On boarding of clients including ID’s, income proofs and other required documents to ensure that advisors can provide tailored advice from the 1st consultation.
Drafting regulatory documentation (suitability letters) for adviser final sign off.
Regularly updating advisors on progression of cases and highlighting mortgage offer & protection expiries to ensure the client journey is not delayed.
Tracking procuration payments from lenders/ insurers following completions. Utilising CRM systems to ensure updates are well noted.
Skills & Experience Required
Financial services administration experience (ideally within mortgage administration)
Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently whilst keeping relevant colleagues/clients updated.
Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
