**Job description**:
Here at N Brown, we’re looking for an experienced **Transformation Planning Lead**, responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the Value Delivery Office (VDO).

**About the Role**

In this role you will track, prioritise, and regularly report on N Brown Group OKR’s (Objective and Key Results) strategic delivery to enable N Brown’s Transformation agenda as well as (Re-)sequencing group priorities and set targets based up strategic, value inputs and business requirements. Supporting Paul Horsfield, the Director of Transformation, you will articulate regular, unbiased, helicopter status summaries of performance against strategic OKR’s to the Executive team. There will be a requirement for different cuts of the data to be able to challenge effectively.

As Transformation Planning Lead you will enable value, quality, and flow, by supporting the identification and resolution of group level impediments. In collaboration with supporting functions (i.e., Head of Delivery, Strategy Lead and Transformation Planning Lead) you will regularly monitor the enterprise portfolio execution, and the N Brown Group strategy objective and key results (OKRs).

**In your role as** **Transformation Planning Lead, you will**:

- Monitor progress against objectives and key results (OKRs) and driving the cadence of OKR setting and review.
- Establish a transparent, high level enterprise view of the N Brown group portfolio strategy as well as other notable change programmes from across the group.
- Facilitate the quarterly business review of portfolio progress, prioritisation, and sequencing.
- Collaborate across N Brown group to ensure all work (outcomes) are resourced appropriately and change capacity of organisation is at an appropriate level.
- Leading the impediments resolution process and reporting, and where impediment resolution is not possible at a local level facilitating resolution at pace.
- Ultimately, be able to demonstrate an improvement in ROI against the cost employed across the strategically employed OKR’s.
- Collaborate with the wider Enterprise team to share success stories and progress across broader business.
- Collaborate with Group Strategy and DT (Digital Technology) team to understand longer term planning and prioritisation to ensure the organisation is set up for success ahead of delivery i.e.. strategic requirement/priorities flow through to OKRs and through to Value.
- Support the Director of Transformation in the production of Executive and Board progress updates.

**About You**
- +5 years of experience in business & strategic planning and reporting (digital/product), or the ability to demonstrate accelerated experience.
- Good understanding of digital business operations and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational, planning, analytical and report writing skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in or with a similar function in another organisation.
- Understanding of a range of different delivery methodologies including lean and agile preferable.
- Curiosity, problem solving and willing to “roll-up sleeves” and get things done
- Ambiguity tolerant and team player.
