Sound Training for Reading, trading as Lexonik, the award-winning education company, needs dedicated, experienced representatives, to deliver training and implementation of their unique literacy intervention and professional development programmes.

**Who are Lexonik?**

Lexonik provides literacy intervention programmes to schools, colleges and adult education facilities across the UK and UAE. We train school staff to deliver our programmes and provide consultancy to ensure programmes are embedded correctly.

Lexonik has a head office in Middlesbrough, plus a team of Regional Trainers across the UK. We provide solutions for schools across the UK and have a growing customer base in the UAE.

**The role**

We are looking for an individual, ideally with recent education experience, based within the North east region of England.

Work is national and you are expected to travel throughout the UK. This role may also involve occasional international travel.

You would be supporting the growth and development of Lexonik through the provision of effective training, quality assurance and account management, ensuring best implementation and progress for individuals and the company.

Weekly working hours are variable, dependent upon the needs of the business and tasks allocated but flexibility is essential.

Full training is provided, including getting to know our Lexonik programmes inside out.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Training delivery
- Implementation support and customer services
- Support of Quality Assurance Policy
- Demonstration and sales of Lexonik
- Representing Sound Training at nominated meetings and events

**Skills, experience, and requirements**:

- BA, PGCE, HLTA or similar desirable
- Minimum of 2 years in an education setting
- Full business cover travel insurance is essential
