**Senior Designer**

Carter Murray have exclusively partnered with a leading beauty retailer based in either Aylesbury or Bracknell, who are looking to add an experienced Senior Designer to their team.

As Senior Designer you will be responsible for the creative design for print and material.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivery of creative and art working services for SEU (internal & external)
- Provide stakeholder support where necessary on the creation and process of briefing
- Work with allocated briefs and translate to design concepts
- Communicate & present design drafts. Setting the overall tone and style of creative campaigns for others to take inspiration from
- Creation of designs and assets to support campaign and promotional activity, working with internal and external partners
- Lead the allocation of briefs across the team ensuring skills and engagement is maximised
- Oversee workflow and track team projects from brief to delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Ensure project management software is utilised to its fullest potential
- Capture event imagery to use in marketing and education materials, social media, online and for reference purposes
- Support the Creative Services Manager with day-to-day team management and allocation of work.

**Skills & Experience**
- Substantial experience in printed & digital design, ideally in Beauty
- Experience of translating creative briefs to design concepts
- Ability to manage time effectively, working to and delivering against deadlines on multiple briefs
- Confidently can work across functions with multiple people at various levels
- Mac literate with excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects and Premiere
- Experience of Design in a commercial environment
