My client who actually didn’t make any redundancies through the last 2 years and now are moving forward by adding a girlswear designer to the team in their North London office, it’s a new department so very exciting

They are searching for girls wear designers to cover not only multi-product for a number of high street retailers but girls wear designer who is aware of fabric, trim, legislation, and of course girls wear designer who has a track record in this market. Knows it, is able to keep and build relationships with buyers, work with a critical path, and of course the team around them

**MUST-HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED**
2/3 years girls wear design experience recently with a high street supplier covering multiproduct in ages 3 to 12.
Excellent communication with a great rapport with buyers, factories, team around them
Initiative and market aware

**The company are one that is secure and with the market now getting back to where it was will have many opportunities to develop**
