**UI/UX Designer - Remote (UK) - GBP £35,000-£70,000 DOE**

I am currently partnered with an award-winning mental health service. They are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join their fast-growing IT team.

This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements and remote working. You are required to have the right to work in the UK.

My client's aim is to improve the world's mental health and make therapy more accessible, affordable and engaging

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the rest of the team.
- Illustrate design ideas and produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes.
- Create concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences across a range of devices.
- Design and create high-quality UI elements for implementation.
- Clearly communicate new designs (or iterations of existing experiences) to the team and other stakeholders.
- Proactive in investigating and evaluating solutions to improve the current user experience of the app.
- You will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

**Requirements for this role**:

- Extensive knowledge of modern interfaces and Human Interface Guidelines
- Experienced in rapid collaborative prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision or similar.
- Can demonstrate a rapid design and testing methodology.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar.
- Skills designing and implementing UI animations including prototyping motion graphics
