Due to further new contracts for 2025, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our garden maintenance team

The applicant will be part of a small team of up to 3 people, and will be expected to complete various projects to an extremely high standard for our clientele, knowledge of plants, plant care and planting methods preferred but not essential, and would be required to be good communicators (both written and verbal), comfortable liaising with clients, physically fit and able to work at heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Weed and mulch garden beds
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete gardening tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening equipment and tools
- Assist with general grounds keeping duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening preferred
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, and trees preferred not essential
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Driving license (full, clean)
