Lead Application Developer

Our client, a global organisation, urgently require an experienced Microsoft Application Developer to undertake a long-term contract.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

- Development work within a PaaS/SaaS environment
- SC Cleared

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

- Lead a team of engineers who develop and support products within our Platform as a Service (PAAS) and Software as a Service (Service) solutions
- Manage BAU and project delivery aligned to the Application and Developer team
- Day-to-day management of PaaS & SaaS support services in accordance with SLAs, ensuring that the team resolving incidents/problems which have been escalated from within the T&O Service Desk
- Ensure appropriate resources are allocated for call resolution
- Lead the Application Support teams to provide high quality performance to customers and end-users
- Take ownership of escalated issues
- Ensure all key documentation is in place and maintained and that roadmaps for Applications are in place
- Work closely with the Transition team and project teams to identify what is required for the Live Service to bring a new product into full support
- Take product ownership for some services
