Our PIA Team plays a crucial part in enabling us to build our FTTP network using the existing Openreach infrastructure. Working with our wider Delivery Team, this job role is vital in ensuring we are following the documented Openreach processes, and are meeting the Openreach defined standards as part of our build approach.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

**About MS3 Networks**:MS3 is a fibre network operator based in the Kingston-Upon-Hull area with plans to pass over 500,000 homes and businesses with full fibre. As a wholesale-only provider, MS3 will enable its existing and future ISP clients to provide up to 10Gb connections to end-customers, building on their existing fibre ring through Hull and to more than 30 other locations in the region.

Location MS3 Networks, Owen Avenue, Priory Park West, HU13 9PD

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Updating central systems with documentation detailing our network infrastructure.
- Creating Notices of Intent (NOIs) to allow us to access the Openreach Network.
- Creating and uploading Whereabouts submissions.
- Submitting Build Complete packs to Openreach.
- Submitting orders using the Openreach portal.
- Quality checking documentation generated by our build partners to ensure that they meet required standards.
- Composing SPO and Missing Inventory cases to remove obstacles restricting the build of our network.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as Openreach and our Build Partners

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience liaising with key stakeholders.
- Experience working in an administrative position.
- A strong ability to read and understand maps.
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office Products

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of Openreach’s PIA Product
- Experience within a similar FTTP environment.
- Streetworks experience
- NRSWA accreditation
- Essential Qualifications
