**Job Title**: Door Canvasser (Commission-Based)
**Job Overview**:
As a Door Canvasser, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers directly at their residences to promote and sell products or services. This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your ability to successfully generate leads and convert them into sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Door-to-Door Sales**:
- Approach residential areas and knock on doors to initiate conversations with potential customers.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Collect and record information about potential leads, including contact details and specific customer needs.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and active listening.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the company's products or services to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Continuously update your knowledge about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build rapport with potential customers and establish a positive and professional relationship.
- Provide accurate and honest information about the products or services to build trust.
- **Sales Closing**:
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and secure commitments from potential customers.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate the sales process.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on your progress and performance to the sales manager.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Sales Experience**:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a similar field is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
