We are excited to be recruiting an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist as a result of our clients continued growth, they now have a very exciting opportunity to be part of their amazing team.

The role:

- Key to this role is the implementation of paid social strategies which includes, activation and optimisation of paid social campaigns, managing budgets and performance across accounts on a daily basis
- Measuring performance and reporting on campaign success
- Developing and implementing Paid Search and Shopping campaigns via Google Ads
- Working within the advertising team and being involved across all service areas we offer.
- Providing digital support to other areas of the business as and when required

The person:

- An enthusiastic self-starter, highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Can act quickly and can work collaboratively in an environment that values creativity and flexibility
- Ability to manage work within tight deadlines whilst managing own time, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Strong desire to progress within a digital marketing role & focus on ecommerce
- Excellent level of oral and written communication skills

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience within digital marketing or ecommerce role
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- The role is heavily focused on performance, so experience of managing successful paid search / social campaigns is preferred
- Good knowledge of Social Platforms - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter as well as Google Ads

Understanding of Google Ads and Google AnalyticsUnderstanding of ecommerce
