Electrician

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced electrician for a client based in Haverfordwest on a permanent full-time basis.
Working alongside the engineering team you will be responsible for updating service and repair records, maintaining machinery, and running diagnostic tests on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

**Salary**: £36,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours a week, flexibility on working hours will be required to meet the needs of the business
Your Duties will include:

- Repair and replace wiring.
- Read blueprints and schematics.
- Document repairs and modifications.
- Manage and mentor apprentice electricians.
- Work with architects, contractors, and clients.
- Diagnose and address functionality and safety issues.
- Design and install indoor and outdoor electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Inspect and test electrical systems, including fuses, transformers and circuit breakers.
- Stay apprised of revisions to relevant building and safety regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Proficiency in electrical design and diagnostic testing software.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to perform mechanical maintenance and repairs outside of business hours.
