The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider.
Due to ongoing growth in out Driving Division, we want to speak to Experienced Driving Recruiters who can work in our West Bromwich Office.The role is a 360 role and involves sales and service, however there is an established driving desk and small teamto build upon.
Ideally we are looking for asomebody who can build upon our established business and grow across the Midlands, including the greater West Midlands, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Staffordshire.
Trading succesfully since 2015, we work in the Driving, Industrial, Food & Field markets and we are growing week on week. We Hold a Gangmaster (GLAA) licence, we are members of ALP and we are LogisticsUK ( FTA ) Driver Agency Excellence Standard Compliant.
We offer:
- Industry standard salary based on your experience and level in the industry ( negotiable from £25,000 for a Senior Consultant ) plus commission
- Excellent uncapped commission and bonus scheme including monthly margin commission and new client bonuses (OTE £50,000 based on £26,000 basic )

We require
- Experienced Recruiters used to working in a Recruitment Agency Office
- Experience working in the Driver Recruitment Market as a Driving Consultant / Senior Consultant
- A clear understanding of Driver and Recruitment Legislation

- The will to succeed with support from Management Team
- The ability to travel to client premises, ie own car - expenses paid.
