**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Team Leading Tutor Assessor** to join our team in Belfast.

As a Team Leading and Management Tutor you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future leaders of diverse industries. Your responsibilities involve inspiring and guiding students in the principles and practices of effective team leadership and management.

Crafting comprehensive lesson plans, you will delve into leadership theories, communication strategies, and organisational management, providing students with a well-rounded understanding of the intricacies of leadership roles.

Leveraging your proven expertise, you will share practical insights and real-world examples, preparing students for the dynamic challenges of leadership across various professional domains. Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your duties extend beyond traditional teaching to encourage critical thinking and innovation, instilling in students the qualities required for successful leadership.

Rutledge Training is one of the leading private training providers in NI; with a branch network of 17 locations. We offer government-funded training programmes Skills for Life & Work and ApprenticeshipsNI; as well as private and corporate training. The Company has been in operation from 1989; making us a long-standing education provider in NI.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Team Leading / Management
- 2+ years' experience working in a Team Leading / Management role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full clean driving licence and access to transport
- Achievement of A1 Assessors Award (**Desirable**)
- Teaching Qualification - Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Teaching (**Desirable**)
