**We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a reputable Law Firm based in Milton Keynes**

The Firm

Our client is a progressive and friendly firm based in Milton Keynes. The firm boast an excellent working environment and great progression prospects for their legal support staff. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to grow their Conveyancingdepartment

The Opportunity

The role will consist of working collaboratively with the Conveyancing team to achieve the departments targets. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to work alongside another experience Conveyancing Paralegal in completing fee-earning tasks on a Conveyancingworkload.

The role may include but will not be limited to:

- Dealing with enquiries and file progression on all types of transaction
- Dealing with all required pre-completion tasks
- Dealing with registrations
- Providing estimates
- Carrying out searches
- Handling both completions and post-completion tasks

**Requirements**:

- Ideally 6 months experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal working in a fee-earning capacity
- Law degree and / or LPC desired but not essential
- Confident in working to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Genuine interest to develop a successful career within the legal industry
