**Overview**: ACL Durning LTD is a family-run company that owns two Yo Sushi franchises in north Glasgow. These franchises are Kiosks within Tesco stores so there is no cash handling or till work. Your main job will be to prepare food to strict guidelines, accurately label food and keep the kitchen running smoothly. It is a fast-paced environment so efficiency and time management are imperative.

Your shifts will be split working in our Springburn St. Rollox Kiosk and in our Maryhill Kiosk as and when needed. Please read on for more information if you are reliable and enthusiastic, and think you would be suitable for the position of Kiosk Team Member.

*Must be over 18 due to laws pertaining to working with knives*

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking and labelling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Kiosks.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service.

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in food preparation and labelling.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to follow guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
