Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our marketing efforts and play a crucial part in driving our business growth and success.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing social media, and analysing market trends.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Campaign Support**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Content Creation**:

- Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Work with designers to develop visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and optimised for SEO.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in gathering and analysing data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare reports on market insights and present findings to the marketing team.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organising and promoting company events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and promotional activities for events.
- Support post-event follow-up and analysis.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update the marketing calendar with key dates and deadlines.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing databases.
- Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.

Measures of Success:

- Effective execution of marketing campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.
- Consistent creation of high-quality content that engages the target audience.
- Growth in social media followers and engagement rates.
- Accurate and insightful market research reports that aid decision-making.
- Successful coordination and execution of marketing events.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to commute/relocate to Manchester, M15 4JR reliably or plan to relocate before starting work.
- Experience in marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
