**About the role**

Zellis continues to grow as a business and as a result we’re looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner to join our existing team of five, initially on a six month fixed-term contract.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, passionate and collaborative team, looking after several roles across a designated business area.

The role would suit someone with previous in-house recruitment experience, but we’re also open to speaking with those looking to make their first move out of agency recruitment. The main thing is that you’ll bring energy and a customer centric mindset tothe role.

You can be based anywhere in the UK, although a proximity to either Peterborough or Bristol is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating as a true business partner with senior stakeholders to identify innovative recruitment strategies with excellent customer service at the heart of what you do.
- Managing a high volume and variety of roles across a specific business area.
- Utilising your experience of direct sourcing using multiple channels.
- Working in partnership with external agencies where required.
- Collaborating with the wider People team.
- Maintaining and presenting information, data and feedback on activity for the preparation of regular reviews and reporting.

**Skills and experience required**
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally a mixture of agency and some in-house (although a first-time mover out of agency will also be considered).
- Any experience within HR/Payroll or Commercial/Sales recruitment is desirable.
- Experienced in recruiting volume roles.
- Results driven and collaborative team player by nature.
- Passionate, driven and resilient with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prioritises work effectively taking into account the needs of the business.
