**Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School**

Are you a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor who has a passion for working with children and is actively seeking a long-term placement in a supportive learning environment? We would love to hear from you as we have a unique Secondary School in Lewishamnow looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their team

**The role**:

- Behaviour Mentor to support secondary-aged students with a wide range of needs
- To become a role model and to provide support to students with behavioural problems, to assist them overcome those and to help them reach their full potential
- To encourage the children's personal and academic development
- To grow strong and positive relationships with the students
- A special opportunity which could lead to a permanent role

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate setting
- Must be AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY to work as a Behaviour Mentor
- A confident, positive and patient individual

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
