**Responsibilities as a Complaints Handler & Admin Assistant**:

- Oversee the end-to-end customer complaints process, ensuring thorough resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
- Professionally manage incoming phone calls, demonstrating courteous and effective communication skills.
- Assist in scheduling removals and installations, coordinating team calendars efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and document scanning, as required.

**Experience needed to be successful in the role as Complaints Handler & Admin Assistant**:

- Solid proficiency with office software and digital tools.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, though not essential.
