**The Role**
You will be part of our Sustainability and Environmental Team, where sustainability is at the heart of what we do, where we like to challenge the norm and are always looking for new and better ways of delivering more for our business and our community.
We are looking for that special someone to join us as a Sustainability Apprentice to support and drive forward our ambitious Environment, Social and Governance Strategy all while working towards your Level 4 Sustainability Apprenticeship. There are a couple of eligibility requirements to get started with the apprenticeship firstly have you got your GCSE Maths and English? If not this can be completed as functional skills during the apprenticeship Secondly you will be asked by the apprenticeship provider to complete an initial assessment, just to check you would be suitable.
This role will work closely with our brewery and all our departments to ensure we maintain data, certification and reporting of our progress to make a positive difference.
Being passionate about sustainability will be key along with fantastic communication skills to work cross functionally in this diverse role.
**What we are looking for?**
To be successful is this role you will be energetic and curious with a proven understanding of sustainability and previous experience in a fast-paced environment and is confident in a wide variety of settings.
Further key areas will include:

- Working across all our business to offer guidance and support on project related items
- Gather and prepare reports on data to provide analysis
- Engage with our suppliers to obtain ESG data that relates to Adnams
- Review and collage readings
- Support with environmental initiatives including Deposit Return Scheme and Plastic Packaging Tax
- Providing KPIs
