**About the role**

The Administrator role is vital to the Academy. The role is to ensure effective and efficient support to the Administration team providing excellent service to the overall running of the academy. The role will involve working alongside the administration team completing varied administrative tasks under the instruction of the Academy Operations Manager.

**Who we are looking for**
- A skilled user of Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce, create and edit documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Educated to GCSE-level/NVQ-level 2 or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
- Experience of working within an Administration team.
- Experience of working within an Administration team.
- Experience of organising meetings
- Experience of extensive, ever-changing diary management
- Able to maintain the strictest confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Highly organised and efficient and able to work to tight deadlines, often under pressure
