**Requirements**:
Working with a range of stakeholders the HR Advisor manages the HR service delivery for the business.

The HR Advisor will provide operational HR support including payroll, reporting and data analysis. They will act as the first point of contact for all general HR issues relating to Company policies and procedure which cannot be resolved at the HR Admin level.

This includes consistently and accurately advising line managers on how to manage their teams by supporting and driving operational HR aspects of the employment life cycle to ensure company process and procedures are adhered to. They will support the formation, implementation and administration of policies, processes, standards and guiding principles necessary for positive employee relations and operational business achievement.

The individual is responsible for providing HR service and supporting all operational HR aspects of the employment life cycle for the business. The role provides the first point contact for all general HR issues relating to Company policy and procedure which cannot be resolved on HR Admin level.
- Build great relationships with key stakeholders, proactively managing all aspects of the life cycle.

Provide operational HR support with payroll on a regular monthly basis. Provide support to Line Managers with the onboarding of contractors and IR35 assessments.
- Provide HR advice and guidance on all policy and employee relations case matters.
- Support the resource planning process across all relevant teams.

Play an active role in talent management across the business, encouraging career development plans, succession plan, identification of key talent. Support performance review and career development review processes. HR systems - champion the use of BambooHR with line managers as self service, provide support and guidance on maximising the potential of the system. Reward & Benefits - provide guidance and advice on all rewards queries. Ensure HR policies, processes and initiatives are communicated and deployed at all levels with the business. Assist with HR project work.

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Working towards CIPD Level 7 or achieved Associate CIPD membership is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of human resource practices and UK employment law.
- Previous experience of working in an HR role in a high growth tech organisation would be advantageous.
- Can develop great and effective working relationships with stakeholders on all levels.
- Critically questions information and evaluates it to make judgements and decisions.
- Ability to communicate calmly in a well thought out response both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Data & reporting skills to support managers and business with relevant information including trends and suggested follow up and actions for change.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office, Excel skills and previous experience of working with HRIS system or database would be advantageous
- Interpersonal skills to effectively work with ALL.SPACE staff internally as well as working effectively with suppliers and customers.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills to be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to effectively present information in team meetings as needed.
- Mediation skills to be able de-escalate and resolve conflict.
- Experience with growth and/or change environments.
