**Job Title: Front of House Service Staff**
**Location: Boundary Outlet, Colne**

**Hours: 15 hours a week working 5 days out of 7**

**Role Overview**:
As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every customer feels valued and enjoys a seamless dining experience. From greeting customers to serving food and drinks, you’ll play a key role in making their visit memorable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and beverages with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Clear tables promptly and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Handle payments and operate tills with accuracy.
- Address customer queries or concerns with professionalism and positivity.
- Support the wider team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, or hospitality role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
