This role will be responsible for supporting the Lead Administrator with the end to end process of on-boarding of all new starters, from producing the offer paperwork through to completing right to work checks on the new starters first day. The Recruitment Data Administrator will have responsibility of producing accurate records and inputting data on the firm’s HR system and HR personnel files.

**A bit about the role**
- Responsible for completing pre-employment checks for employees (for example, employment references and medicals)
- Producing contracts of employment, offer letters and other legal documents for new joiners
- Accurately adding new employees onto the firm's HR database
- Creating/maintaining accurate records within personnel files for all new starters
- Liaising with other internal teams such as payroll, IT and Legal PAs to onboard new joiners
- Producing terms of business with external recruitment agencies and handling correspondence with these
- Keeping the team tracker up to date with progress on each new starter's onboarding process
- Processing invoices
- Supporting ad hoc projects and tasks as required

**A bit about you**
- Previous experience of working in a data entry or/and an administrator role
- Experience of working in a law firm or professional services would be advantageous
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages (in particular Excel and Word)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude as well as being a strong team player
