Duties
- Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to:

- Plumbing 1st & 2nd Fix
- Plastering
- Metal & Wood Studwork
- All aspects of Carpentry
- Kitchen Fitting
- Knockouts and Steel Placements
- Groundworks
- Extension Building
- Electrical work, including 2nd Fix Electrics
- Block Paving Masonry work, such as laying bricks or blocks
- Knowledge of Building control regulations and Extension Building
- Using hand tools to measure, cut, and shape materials
- Carpentry work, such as framing and installing fixtures
- Fabricating and assembling structures or components
- Operating power tools for cutting, drilling, and shaping materials
- Installing and repairing roofs
- Welding and soldering metal components
- Plumbing tasks, such as installing pipes and fixtures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is essential
- Knowledge of various construction techniques and materials
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings or instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

**Summary**

As a General Builder, you will be integral to our construction projects, utilizing your expertise in hand and power tools to execute a variety of tasks. You will have your own autonomy and be trusted within the role to perform with a Daily Labourer given at your disposal, your role encompasses carpentry, roofing, plumbing, and electrical work, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your strong communication skills will facilitate collaboration with team members and clients alike. With a focus on precision and efficiency, you will contribute to the successful completion of projects, showcasing your diverse skill set in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
