**What you’ll be responsible for**:
To assist the Ward Sister in checking nursing and AHP staffing levels, highlighting any issues and taking appropriate action e.g. liaising with the NHSP, booking shifts to ensure ward is adequately covered. Also to raise EPROC orders

To input data into Healthroster (Allocate).

To provide clerical support to the ward management team including maintaining the ward filing system, undertaking photocopying & faxing, organising ward meetings and taking minutes, and typing of correspondence and documents.

To book transport for patients discharge as required

Maintain adequate stocks of stationary and supplies

Liaise with facilities and estates to ensure ward environment is appropriately maintained.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
