Berkshire Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapy Administrator to join their Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Outpatient team based at W est Berkshire Community Hospital for a 12 month fixed term contract. This i s a 2 2.5 hour a week role and the specifics of this will be discussed at interview.
The role will involve both patient facing and data inputting aspects and is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their administrative skills
Take responsibility for digital referral management and new patient bookings
Liaise with necessary services to support and assist patients as needed, such as patient transport and interpreting services.
Be the first point of contact for welcoming patients and visitors attending the physiotherapy outpatient department
Collect data and statistics to assist management in guiding the service direction.
Work flexibly in response to the needs of the patients, service and physiotherapists.
Supporting colleagues to deliver a high quality, effective and compassionate service both virtually and in person.
