**Role Responsibilities**

Joining this business as a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will:

- Immerse yourself in an intensive training period and gain insight into how the business operates from the ground up
- Receive product, skills and industry sales training both in-house and with external training providers
- Complete a programme of professional sales training
- Work closely with an experienced senior manager mentor
- Progress to a key customer-facing sales role within the business
- Build relationships with B2B customers in your local area
- Manage key customer accounts and your own diary
