**HR Officer - Sheffield - £25,000**

Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a leading international business who are looking to recruit an HR Officer to join their friendly team. The role will be supporting the leadership in their Sheffield office, by identifying and coordinating HR services and acting as the first point of contact for all employees. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support on the delivery of HR functions across the business. You would be joining an established organisation with a welcoming and supportive environment, where they have maintained a family environment.

**Responsibilities of the HR Officer**:

- Responsible for sourcing and recruiting of all employees via various methods
- Onboarding of all new employees, preparation of offer letters and contracts of employment, requesting references and processing of all pre-employment checks
- Inductions for new employees
- Maintain and update personnel files
- Provide day to day advice to line managers and employees
- Assisting the Group HR Manager in developing and implementing new projects
- Run the weekly payroll when the Payroll Officer is on annual leave or away from the business

**Hours**:

- Monday - Thursday 8am till 4pm
- Friday - 8.30am till 4pm

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Extensive experience in a HR role including, HR policies and Procedures
- CIPD Level 3 as a minimum or willing to undertake (study support provided)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
- Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
