**Your Role**:

- Assist clients with outings, shopping, and community group access
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support mobility and physical therapies
- Administer medications and ensure clients follow treatment plans
- Aid with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the office team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A valid driving license and access to a car is required.
- Able to commit to working full-time, 30-40 hours per week, including weekdays and alternating weekends (days/time to be agreed)
- A genuine passion for helping others and a caring nature.
