**The Opportunity**

**Main Responsibilities, Skills & Experience Required**:

- Contribute to managing land referencing deliverables to support land assembly directives across renewables, transport and network projects.
- Able to build relationships with existing clients.
- Support the delivery of Land Referencing tasks for a variety of schemes at different stages with an ability to support and direct a team.
- Ability to ensure deliverables adhere to a client’s project programme by supporting the completion of Land Referencing tasks.
- Degree qualified in Geography or a similarly related discipline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accurate record keeping
- Title interrogation of UK Land Registers
- An understanding of the different enabling acts that promote CPO, DCO, TWAO and Hybrid Bills in the UK.

**Other desirable skills**:

- A familiarity with Arc GIS and the principles of spatial data management.
- Full UK driving licence.

**Further Details**

**Location**- The role will involve a mix of working from home and office based (Greater Manchester area)

**Hours** - Full time (37 hours)

**Contract Type** - Permanent (6 months probationary period)

**Salary** - Competitive

**Bonus** - An annual Bonus will be payable for each year of employment

**Pension contributions**- Matched up to 7% of salary

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
