As an electrician, you know all about electrical systems and can sense a faulty connection long before the particles begin to react.
You understand why health and safety and the reporting of incidents is important while at work. And can work alone without receiving explicit direction on how to provide effective reactive and planned maintenance repairs that responds to the needs of ourArmy customers.
You’re able to carry out all electrical maintenance repairs, fire alarm testing, minor installations, and distribution board replacements. And when you’re faced with a breakdown, you’re able to work alone to investigate the cause of the fault and even profferpossible solutions.
This means you’re cool, calm, and collected enough to work alone, even though you’ll be part of a highly skilled maintenance team, with people who are always looking out for each other.
You’re a team player and constantly looking to improve your career, which is great because in this role you’ll get regular reviews and meetings with your support manager, alongside training that’ll help you turn your potential energy into a successful career.

Ready to join the team?
You must have a City and Guilds 2365 qualification including AM2 and NVQ or equivalent. IPAF or PASMA licences, 2391 testing & inspecting and PAT testing are nice to have but not so essential for this role.
**Salary**: £32,400 per annum
Location: Bulford
