**About The Role**:
EKC Group are seeking to appoint supply Trainers to their approved staffing list. To respond to demand from the community and from employers we need flexible people looking for hourly-paid training roles who want to make a difference to our community within our Carpentry Apprenticeship Team.

As a Supply Trainer at EKC Group you will train and assess students in a variety of learning environments, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Your role will also include providing support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential and to lead as appropriate on designated study programmes and/or courses, with a key responsibility for ensuring the design, delivery and evaluation of programme.

Please note any addition to the approved staffing list is not a guarantee of employment. Once you have been interviewed and all pre-employment checks are in place, you will then be placed within the supply pool of staff available for temporary work. If we have an opportunity that meets your skill set the hiring manager will contact you to discuss the opportunity.

**About You**:
You will be highly organised, creative and be able to plan and teach engaging and innovative lessons with demonstrated interpersonal skills. You will also be assessing and tracking student progress, to further plan intervention which will be a vital part of the role, and ensuring all students develop the skills they need to succeed.

You will be able to teach a range of designated study programs and/ or courses from Level 1 up to Level 3 and will be able to motivate learners to achieve and succeed on their programmes of study.
