I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are a manufacturer of premium hygiene products. They now have a vacancy for a **Maintenance Engineer** with electrical bias to join their team at their site in Glasgow. The successful **Maintenance Engineer** will work as part of a small friendly team responsible for planned preventative and reactive maintenance to the electrical plant and machinery.

This is a great opportunity to work in an environment that has the feel of a family company, where you are recognised as a name and not just a number. The company have recently undergone some considerable investment in state of the art technology. The **Maintenance Engineer** will join a very close knit engineering team with a great work ethic.

**Maintenance Engineer** Requirements:

- Hold a recognised electrical engineering qualification to level 3 as a minimum.
- Hold 18th Edition.
- Mechanical engineering skills.
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

**Maintenance Engineer** Benefits:

- Salary is £30,937 - includes shift allowance.
- Rotating two shift pattern - Earlies: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm, Lates: Monday to Thursday 2pm - 11pm and Friday 2pm -5.45pm.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 stats rising to 28 days after 5 years service plus 8 stats then rising to 33 days after 10 years service plus 8 stats.
