**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate clearly with patients and their families.
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Report significant changes in a patient’s condition or requirements to physicians.
- Record and monitor vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, medications, allergies, and reactions.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

**Required Certifications and Experience**:

- Moving & Handling of People Theory & Practical.
- First Aid.
- Equality & Diversity.
- Health & Safety.
- Infection Control.
- Mental Health Awareness / MCA & DOLS.
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults L1 and 2.
- Food Hygiene.
- Information Governance.
- Learning Disability.
- Fire Safety.
- Autism.

**Required Compliance Documentation**:

- Valid Photo ID
- Right to work in the UK
- Work Permit (if applicable)
- Clean and valid DBS Certificate
- Updated CV
- Two satisfactory references
